Monday: Begin Again (Week 1)

Return to Week 1's practice: Start something three times. Notice how it's different now.

Tuesday: See Again (Week 2)

Return to Week 2: Name your thoughts for 3 minutes. What do you see now that you didn't then?

Wednesday: Listen Again (Week 3)

Return to Week 3: Choose an object as teacher. Listen. What's it teaching today?

Time: 5-10 min

Thursday: Do Again (Week 4)

Return to Week 4: Make peace with something incomplete. Is it easier now?

Friday: Focus Again (Week 5)

Return to Week 5: One thing, complete attention, 10 minutes. How's your quality of attention now?

Saturday: Return Without Shame

Notice where you've wandered in your practice. Return without judgment. 'Again' is always okay.
