Mindfulness for Minds
That Won't Stay Still
One practice per day. Five minutes each. 84 practices total.
The Practice
No guilt about streaks. No pressure to do it "right." No fighting your nature.
🧹 Simple Actions
Not meditation. Not breathwork. Just small, repeatable actions that ground you in the present moment.
⏱️ Five Minutes
Each practice takes five minutes or less. No sitting still required. No special equipment needed.
🔄 Return, Always
Miss a day? A week? Start where you are. "Again" is the entire practice.

How The Path Practice Works
Week by Week
12 weeks, each with its own theme. From "The First Sweep" to "A Path Without End," you'll explore presence through simple, daily actions.
Day by Day
Each week contains 7 daily practices. Monday through Sunday, one small practice to ground you in the present moment.
At Your Pace
Start anytime. Move through at your own rhythm. Return whenever you wander. The path doesn't judge.
The Philosophy of "Sweep the Path"
You don't sweep a path to finish sweeping.
You sweep to clear what's in front of you right now.
The wind will return. The leaves will fall again. And you will sweep again.
This is not failure. This is the practice.
Begin Where You Are
No preparation needed. No prerequisites. Just you and five minutes.

Sweep the Path
A Manual for the Distracted Soul
The Path Practice is based on this contemplative guide to mindfulness for wandering minds. A simple metaphor—sweeping a dirt path—becomes a profound practice of presence.
