Seven Daily Practices

Monday: Review What Resonated

Look back through all 10 weeks. What practices felt most true? Which ones do you want to keep?

Time: 30-60 min

Tuesday: Reality Check

Ask honestly: What's actually sustainable for me? Not ideal—realistic. What can I maintain?

Time: 20-30 min

Wednesday: Design Your Core Practice

Create your personal Path Practice. 1-3 core practices. Simple. Repeatable. Yours.

Time: 30-60 min

Thursday: Test Your Practice

Do your designed practice. How does it feel? Is it too much? Too little? Adjust.

Time: Variable

Friday: Refine and Adjust

Based on yesterday, refine. Make it simpler if needed. Make it fit your life, not the other way around.

Time: 20-30 min

Saturday: Plan for Obstacles

What will make you forget? What will make you resist? Plan how you'll return when you wander.

Time: 15-20 min

Sunday: Commit Lightly

Make a gentle vow to your practice. Not rigid—kind. 'I'll return when I can. Again and again.'
