Week 12
A Path Without End
The Beginning That Never Stops
This Week's Focus
This is not a map, it's a broom. The practice doesn't end here. The path continues. When in doubt: sweep.
"Leave the path clearer than you found it. The beginning never stops."
Seven Daily Practices
Monday: Gratitude for the Journey
Reflect on these 12 weeks. What are you grateful for? What did you learn? Who did you meet in yourself?
Time: 10-15 min
Tuesday: What Stays, What Goes
Of everything you've learned, what stays with you? What practices will you keep? What can you release?
Time: 15-20 min
Wednesday: Vision for the Path Ahead
What do you want your practice to look like going forward? Dream lightly. Plan gently.
Time: 20-30 min
Thursday: Notice Who You're Becoming
How are you different than when you started? Not better—different. What's shifted?
Time: 10 min
Friday: Make a Gentle Vow to Return
Write or speak your vow: 'When I wander, I will return. When I forget, I will remember. When I fall, I will sweep again.'
Time: 5-10 min
Saturday: The Final Sweep (That Isn't Final)
Do one practice with full presence, knowing this isn't the end. It's just another beginning.
Time: Variable
Sunday: The Path Continues
Rest. Reflect. Know that the path is waiting. The broom is in your hands. The practice continues.
Time: Self-paced
